This is the Warschauer Straße station. The Wife, Looney Tunes and I had to cross it every single day we were in Berlin. You can see why we started calling it “The DDR.”

Warschauer Straße is one of the worst transfer points between S-Bahn and U-Bahn. The only redeeming factor is the views from the bridge make for some nice photos. One day they’ll finish up the construction, but unlike Ostkreuz the latest news sounds like something out of BER Flughafen.
