Denglish 37: The German Warms the Cold Too Sweetly

The weather was brutally cold during our trip to New York in December of 2010, often dropping below 32 degrees Farenheit with a windchill that turned my glorious man-grapes into frightened little raisins.

Still, The Wife and I reminisce fondly of our time in the Big Apple. She, in particular, has a talent for relating these memories so sweetly it makes me want to cry like a baby and puke all over myself at the same time.

THE WIFE: “Yeah, I hear you! With you the cold was not as cold… I guess it was warm around our hearts. :)”
